The purpose of the Rams Hill Community Association (RHCA) is to maintain
the landscaping of the common areas, which includes six miles of
streets and communicate to the membership news and information
pertinent to the association. The association also keeps a guard on duty at the front
gate during certain hours within the Rams Hill
development.
The RHCA includes six separate
neighborhoods. There are four
Swim & Tennis Recreation Areas
within the Rams Hill Community.
Officers are chosen at the annual meeting in and serve
one-year terms.
The RHCA Board oversees the neighborhood sub-associations in
matters of architectural standards and CCRs. Each neighborhood has
its own governing boards & documents including CCRs. The association's function is to make sure that the
whole project keeps common standards, thus ensuring continuity and
to maintain property values.
The community was founded in 1983. Rams Hill at Montesoro is a
400+ unit development.
