Before I tell you how you can make potentially several thousand dollars and earn free stays at out great resorts let me first put your mind to rest on the terrific value we are going to offer your clients. We understand first and foremost your concern should be about providing value to them and everything else starts only after that is assured.

Montesoro has put together an unbelievable package of golf, wining and dining and spa activities. A couple for only $299 on Dec 12, 13 and 14 gets over $2800 in value. It starts with your accomadations at the Borrego Ranch – California’s hottest new exclusive spa resort. Operated by Joseph DeNucci the former COO of the legendary Miraval Resort. Borrego Ranch is ushering in a new level in service in a dessert setting that is guaranteed to take your breath away.

 

An unbelievable package... but that’s really just the beginning. The entire weekend is designed to showcase the launch of the Borrego Ranch Residence Club at Montesoro The residence club is powered by the Resort Owners Group model and will become part of the Resort Owners Group Network.

The benefits to potential buyers purchasing in the Borrego Ranch Residence Club at Montesoro are many (see the box below to the right). It is expected that of the 60 couples who will attend this exclusive launch, that 25% of them will purchase at least a 1/8th interest and half of the purchasers will buy a whole home. These interests start at $155,000 and the ultimate deluxe home goes for $1,199,700.

If they purchase... on top of the great launch event... they will receive full refund for the $299, full refund for their travel expense, either a $1000 set of Callaway Irons or a $1000 Spa credit and payment of the first years operating costs.

Also, only at the launch event, are the model homes being sold fractionally. These homes feature many upgrades and spectacular finishes that won’t be available on the next release of the fractional homes or, if available, at a significant price increase. The bottom line is, the developer recognizes the economic environment and has discounted the price to move the inventory.

What Does This Mean For You?

For the CPGA members here is what it means. We have been allocated 20 couples for the launch.

For every couple that goes to the launch the CPGA member will get immediately a credit for a one night stay in any of our resorts. PGA Village, Rabaska Mt. Tremblant or Montesoro. (That is a $330-$1,000 value immediately – just for selling your clients on going to this great golf spa resort and getting a $2,880 package for $299.)

Now the big win is if one of the couples decides to buy. We expect fully 25% of the couples that go, to buy. The place is that good - the deal is that terrific. The initial fractional interests start from $155,000 which should be affordable to most of your clients. If they buy, we will pay a fee of $2,325 dollars to you and a additional $775 to the CPGA. If they buy a whole home with their friends and family and half our owners do this….you will make 7-8 times this amount.

Rest assured this will be a high quality weekend. It will not be a high pressure approach to sales. This resort and opportunity literally sells itself. All we ask is you expose the opportunity to your members, many of whom are actively seeking exactly what we are offerring.

You could even talk to your member about it and gauge their interest before you send it….how you introduce it is entirely up to you.

Another alternative may be, you inviting them to attend a launch event we will be having in Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna and Vancouver the week of November 10-14th to introduce Montesoro to these markets.

In all respects we will simply be trying to sell them initially to do one of two things.

  1. Come to the launch event.

    or
  2. Come on a 3 or 4 day Stay & Play package later in the winter. (see details below under Opportunity #2)

Motivation:
