SANTA ROSA PATIO HOMES ONE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

NOTICE OF ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING

Dear Homeowner:

Notice is hereby given for the Annual Meeting of the members of the Santa Rosa Patio Homes One Homeowners Association, a California non-profit corporation, which is to be held:

Date:           Saturday April 2, 2005

Time:           3:30 p.m.

Place:          Santa Rosa Recreation Area ~ 4864 Desert Vista Drive

                      Borrego Springs, California

Purpose:    To elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors and act on all other matters, which may come before the membership

A quorum for the purpose of conducting Association business is 51% of all members.  To establish this quorum, members must be represented at this meeting in person or by proxy.  If you are unable to attend the annual meeting, it is very important that you complete the proxy included in this package and return it to the management company no later than 4:00 p.m.

Friday, April 1, 2005.

Homeowners interested in serving on the Board of Directors should contact Nominating committee chairperson or the management company to have their names added to the ballot.

If you are unsure if you will be able to attend the meeting, we suggest that you send your proxy just in case.  If you find that you can attend the meeting in person, your proxy will be returned to you.

If the Association does not receive enough representation to conduct business, the meeting will have to be rescheduled which would cost the Association additional funds. By supporting your Association you are protecting your investment; an Association in which members participate enhances the neighborhood and increases property values. Please plan on attending this important meeting.

Hope to see you there!
