With lot sizes ranging from 4,000 square feet to over 2 acres, the redesign will offer attached and detached residences, including custom and estate homes, in six neighborhoods. In addition, the developers are recruiting a nationally recognized golf course design professional to design the community's two 18-hole championship golf courses.

Four recreation centers within the community will offer spa and fitness facilities, tennis courts and swimming pools.

Planning is now under way and construction is anticipated to begin in June 2005 with a build out projected through 2011.
