Dear Members and Homeowners,
First off thank you for your patience as we continue to wait for the final documentation for membership. Attached are the following documents:
The document regarding the amenities association has not yet been released in draft form but we do anticipate this in the next 10 days and will forward it to you as soon as possible. Please note that we have eliminated the initiation fee for the amenity association and the credit for home improvements in order to make it easier to join for all that wish to be a part of the future of Montesoro. We have also decreased the dues pricing for the amenity association and the golf membership. The details are outlined in the attached “Membership Offering Price Structure.”
The process for becoming a member is to first fill out the attached reservation form and either mail, fax or drop it off at the clubhouse. Once we have final documents we will present you with the actual application to fill out and sign. The amenities association requires no deposit and the golf membership requires a $5000 deposit. The deadline for reservations has been moved to January 31, 2007.
