By now
you may have heard that Rams Hill Country Club is once again about to be
purchased by a new owner. As yet there is no firm information as to
who that new owner may be.
The
highest mystery bidder has allegedly requested a 90 day escrow.
The
Sienna Corp has bid $8.5 million for the property. The Sienna bid is
all cash, up front, & a 30 day escrow, no contingencies. The Sienna
Corp is ready to roll and would be committed for the long haul in developing
Rams Hill to its potential. Sienna has an excellent track record.

What we
don't know is who has placed the highest bid and how committed they are and
if they have the means to carry out their commitment. The highest
bidder may in fact be very credible and able. And we don't know one
way or the other.
Needless
to say we have all been down this road several times before only to have our
hopes for the future of Rams Hill dashed.
