Marina Park Bicycle & Motorcycle Regulations

Bicycles provide a great outlet for recreation and transportation but,

 in a community situation, can cause problems. Marina Park has attempted

to accommodate for their storage and ask that you follow the Regulations

to create a uniform and safe atmosphere in the garage.

Skateboarding and bicycling are not allowed in the garage.

REGULATIONS

• Balconies and patios are not to be used for storage.

• Security eyebolts have been placed in the wall at the front of parking spaces. Residents with bicycles may lock their bicycles to the eyebolt in their parking space. If your space does not have an eyebolt and you need one, please request installation from Maintenance.

• Bicycles may NOT be secured to any pipes or any other wall fixtures.

• Persons without wall space may check at the Lobby Desk regarding the availability of space in the bicycle cages located at either end of the garage.  If space is available, the Desk will provide a Request for Space form for you to complete. A refundable fee is required to obtain a space assignment and a key to the cage.

• Motorcycles displaying a current license plate may be parked in your own designated garage parking space. If this space is not sufficient, please check with the Maintenance Staff regarding the assignment of an alternate space.
